I received my placecards yesterday; THANK YOU SO MUCH! They look wonderful and I'm so impressed that without an expedited order, you still managed to get them to me 48 hours after I ordered. You have made this portion of my wedding so much easier (which is REALLY helpful at this point in the process) and I certainly appreciate your working with me to get me what I needed. Here is my testimonial:
Tom and Lana are the BEST! I submitted my order on-line
and did not request a proof because the wedding was only a
week away and I wanted to get the place cards as soon as possible.
Just a few hours after putting in my order I received an e-mail
from Tom saying that I should check the font I picked because
it might not look good with the Table Card names we were using.
Our table cards were not numbers, but names of cities and
countries where the bride and groom had lived and worked.
Tom wanted to be sure I was OK with the font. He had attached
a proof of all 171 place cards, and sure enough, the font
did not look good -- it was much too ornate. I changed the
font and received another proof which looked fantastic. My
cards arrived just a few days later, and they were lovely.
I have never known another company to go this extent to
make sure your order is perfect. I would have been very upset
to get those 171 place cards in the original font I ordered,
and Tom knew that immediately when he saw the proof. Not only
that, but a week after the wedding, they sent me a copy of
the bride and groom's placecards that I had forgotten to remove
from the Bridal Table as a keepsake. Here is one Mother of
the Bride that couldn't be more impressed or pleased with
the work done by placecards.com at an amazing price and with
the ultimate professionalism!! Thank you Tom and Lana.
